亚马逊站内信违规被封号该怎么办?

注意:亚马逊是一个极度注重消费者体验的平台。如果有些买家在后台直接投诉你操纵评论,你发送的敏感信息就是证据了。

内容不能含有利益诱惑

国内电商的惯性思维,如果买家留了差评,客服一定会通过各种方式联系你,要你删除评论,要么电话轰炸要么短信轰炸。当然,亚马逊是不允许卖家向买家索要好评的,good review,five star review类似这种字样千万别出现,也不允许卖家通过站内信息以退款、赠送礼品等方式(free gift,refund)诱导买家删除差评或者让买家留下好评(review,comment,feedback...),因为这样没有反应顾客对产品真实客观的体验,对其他消费者来说是不公平的,他们可能因为某些评论被误导。

内容不能含有真实邮箱地址

买家和卖家沟通的邮箱后缀都是亚马逊的,这是亚马逊为了避免双方线下交易或者谈判,因为没有平台的保护对卖家买家双方都是比较不保险的。如果买家发给卖家的信息中包含真实邮箱,邮箱信息一般都会被屏蔽掉,但是还是可能受到亚马逊的警告。

内容不能含有链接

部分卖家可能想着通过站内信推广下自己在亚马逊的其他产品,然后就过通过站内信给买家发送新品链接和优惠码,新手肯定是不知道其实这种行为亚马逊也是不允许的。亚马逊商家的站内信都有明确的要求的,卖家只能发和订单有关的东西,所以除了物流信息外,其他促销链接啊字眼啊都最好不要发。 e8766d36b749ed1da224388a71915a8.png 亚马逊就是一个规则很多的平台,所以要成功规避如此多的雷点,需要各位卖家多花点时间心思了解亚马逊政策。

Dear Amazon Team,

Hello, I'm the owner of XXX store. Recently, we received a warning email from Amazon. I sincerely apologize for our mistakes. We are a new store, so we are not very familiar with Amazon's rules at present, we will keep studying Amazon rules in the future.

Our employees violated Amazon's policy to asked customers to remove bad comments by Amazon email.

  1. For this mistake, our solution is to first apologize to customers and ask for forgiveness, hoping to leave a good image.
  2. Secondly, we held a meeting and asked all employees to familiarize themselves with Amazon rules.
  3. Third, We will never ask customers to modify their comments, we will be realistic. If customers make malicious comments, we will ask Amazon for help.
