亚马逊店铺被投诉售假,如何申诉?

什么是售假投诉

如果收到亚马逊发来的以下内容,便是售假投诉被封店。

根据 Amazon《商业解决方案协议》第 3 条的规定,您的亚马逊卖家账户已被暂时停用。您的商品也已经下架。在您配合我们解决以下问题期间,资金会留在您的账户中,但不会转给您。

为什么会发生这种情况?

我们收到了本电子邮件末尾列出的商品的商品真伪性投诉。为了确保买家能放心地在 Amazon 上购物,我们会认真严肃地对待“仿造或假冒商品”的投诉。Amazon 严禁销售假冒商品。

如何重新激活我的账户?

要重新激活您的销售账户,请向我们发送以下信息:

1) 您的供应商在过去 365 天内针对下列 ASIN 开具的发票或收据复印件

-- 这些文件应能反映您在过去 365 天内的销售量。

-- 请提供您供应商的联系信息,包括名称、电话号码、地址和网站。我们可能会联系您的供应商,核实这些文件的真实性。我们不会向任何人泄露您供应商的联系信息。

-- 您可以隐去定价信息,但文件的其余内容必须清晰可见。为便于我们审核,请突出显示或圈出审核中的 ASIN。

2) 一份包含以下内容的行动计划:

-- 您认为导致您的商品收到真伪性投诉的问题所在。

-- 您为解决导致商品真伪性投诉的问题所采取的措施。

-- 您为杜绝今后收到类似商品真伪性投诉所采取的措施。

申诉思路

很简单。如果是真货,就提交相关证明。

如果是假货,下架链接,承认错误,承认是假货,证明自己是无意售假,比如说明自己销售的时候并不知道已经有人完成了品牌注册。

还有一种情况, 客户觉得实际产品跟他的想象差距太大,他认为这是假货,投诉给亚马逊, 亚马逊自然是不能容忍卖家在上面卖假货,于是它要求你自证清白。

参考申诉模板

申诉信的核心就是要提供发票。发票里面应该包含应该包含你的SKU或ASIN或产品型号,否则亚马逊并不知道这张发票对应的是你的产品。

We just received your email that our selling privilege has been removed due to selling fake products. After receiving the notification from Amazon, we have rechecked all our products. We sincerely apologies for not being able to follow Amazon's rules.

The following are the information requested for your reference.

As the items of Amazon seller performance stated, we did not know this product is with its own brand, to this point we acknowledge it is our fault. We had removed the listings and promise we won't sell it again on Amazon if we do not get the warrant.

If our selling privilege is restored, we will make plans as follows:

  1. We will learn through all the Amazon's policies and rules about selling.

  2. We will check all the listings in our account to make sure they meet your requirements.

  3. We will check all the products we sell to make sure that customers can receive the satisfactory products.

  4. Any complaints or product issues will be solved in a proper way within 12h in favor of the customer's right.

Sincerely, we promise we will do our best to provide good products and services to customers on Amazon. We sincerely hope you consider reinstating our selling privilege. Thank you very much.
