亚马逊差评如何申诉移除差评?

买家的评价低于为2星(包括2星)时,差评后面都有一个RESOLV按钮,点击了解解决差评的具体方案。

看到差评也不要立马申诉,一定要先做记录,把近段时间产生差评的产品列出来,分析总结原因,看看是你的产品有问题还是买家的主观原因,弄清楚差评的原因再做下一步打算。如果是产品有问题那就自己联系买家商量,看看怎么样才能删除评论,如果是其他买家主观原因就联系亚马逊客服,让他帮你删掉比较方便。

主动联系买家

如果是因为店铺客观原因导致买家差评,可以主动联系到相应的买家,先真诚道歉,并提出补偿解决方案,争取买家的原谅,让他们可以移除差评或者修改评价。(不要直接说给退钱或者让他删除差评,这是违反亚马逊规则的)。

联系亚马逊客服

如果检查发现某些差评违反了亚马逊评价规则,或者是没有正当的差评理由,将这些评论记下来并找出有关证据,联系亚马逊客服进行申诉,核实后他们会帮你删除差评。

符合以下条件的差评,卖家都可以向亚马逊申请移除。

  • 评论包含不真实信息
  • FBA订单产生的差评
  • 买家对价格有异议,所以故意给差评
  • 沟通不当买家因为误会给差评
  • 卖家无法满足买家一些要求所以买家报复性差评
  • 买家无法联系到卖家,所以在review留下差评
  • 来自竞争对手恶意差评
  • 与订单无关的评论,其他链接,其他产品之类的
  • 由亚马逊引起的产品储存、包装、运输和客户服务问题
  • 评论包含淫秽猥琐词语,影响平台和谐的评论
  • 评论包含卖家的私人信息如邮箱、电话号码等信息
